cydia whited00r ipod

I have an ipod touch 1g that is still alive and running…I tried installing whited00r and I have Cydia and all that…but Im unsure of what the features are that I actually supposed to have…I dont have folders, multi-tasking, and my firmware still says 3.1.3…any help would be appreciated

    Jack Steedman the firmware is ment to be 3.1.3 and you need to goto cydia and install mobile substrate
